The Elk Township Recreation Committee's goal is to provide an array of programs and services to members of our community. From our Senior Social and Annual Egg Hunt to our Halloween party and Tree Lighting in December, our organization coordinates a year of great activities for all to enjoy! 

Along with programs and activities, the Committee is also responsible for maintaining and adding to our recreation parks.  With regard to our parks, we have a program where individuals and families can sponsor a picnic table, bench (picnic table/bench) or tree (tree sponsor) with their name on it or in honor of a loved one. 

Our local sports teams are also a big part of our organization and offer children the chance to participate in a variety of sports including soccer, basketball and baseball.

We hope you will take advantage of all we have to offer. We are constantly looking for volunteers to help at our events and we welcome any comments or suggestions.

The Committee meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm in the Municipal Building.
