Elk Township resident for over 30 years. Graduate of Aura School, Delsea Regional H.S. (Class of 1981), B.S. from Glassboro State College (1986). Married with 3 children. Local business man (Aura Badge Co.) Past Elk Little League President, and current volunteer coach for baseball and soccer. Elected to the Elk Twp. Committee in Nov. of 2005. Served as Deputy Mayor in 2006, and currently serving as Mayor. |

Born and raised in Elk Township. Attended the Lawns and Aura Elementary and Middle Schools and graduated from Delsea Regional High School. Served 4 years in the United States Air Force, where he served a tour in Vietnam. Has worked at the Valero/Mobile Refinery for the past 35 years as an electrician. Currently serves on the Gloucester County Construction Board of appeals and the Elk Twp. Planning and Zoning Board. Has a NJ Electrical Contractors license, NJ Electrical Inspectors license, and a NJ Construction Official license. Wayne and his wife Trudy live on Spruce St. |

Married to Susan, two daughters Anna and Ashley. Graduate of Rutgers University with an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. General Manager of Integra Technologies which provides an engineered service to the energy industry. Attends Gloucester County Community Church.

| Moved to Elk Township in 1945 to operate a small farm. Attended Aura School and graduated from Glassboro High School in 1957. Served in the National Guard for 8 years and worked at E.I. Dupont for 12 years. In 1970 opened "Rainey's Service Center" on Elk Rd. Happily married to Janice for 48 years, and has two sons Jeffrey and Brian and enjoy 5 grandchildren. Served as an Elk Township Police officer in the late 1960's. Served on the Resolutions Dispute Committee, was Vice Chairman of the Municipal Utilities Authority, member of the Township Crime Watch, and served 3 years on the Elk Township Committee 2004- 2006 and as mayor in 2006.
