The Office of the Municipal Clerk and Registrar of Vital Statistics handles the following for Elk Township:

Notary Services and Licensing of vendors & taxicabs

Bingos and raffles, Yard Sales, One day liquor Social, Street Openings and Coin Drop Applications
Registration of dogs-
All dogs must be registered each year before March 31st. Dogs registered after the 31st will be charged a late fee. A copy of the rabies certificate is required at the time of registration.
